You can cancel GTranslate subscriptions from your user dashboard's Billing page: https://my.gtranslate.io/billing

If you are using Shopify and have enabled the paid options in GTranslate app, you can simply turn off the paid options, which will cancel your service automatically or you can simply uninstall the app.
